It is has yet to be determined by the founders of The Old Mudshark website if open registration will be allowed or not. So at the present time all registrations will be approved or dis-approved by the admins.

Currently being an "active member" means having 25 posts in the forum minimum and then posting on a basis that would make it appear to others that you are actively participating in this website. Simply posting smilies or "I agee", or in any simply spamming in topic after topic to reach your post level is not participation and will not be viewed as such. Admins who feel this is happening will be directed to adjust post counts to proper levels.
6. Active members on this site who have been approved by the admins and moderators will be allowed to post their products and services in the Vendor Board. This is a courtesy that we are allowing to active members in good standing. There are separate rules governing the use of the vendor board and those rules are clearly posted there.
7. This is a privately owned and operated website. There will be no paid advertising on this website.
Only Banner ads approved for those who donate to the membership of this website, vendors approved to use the vendor board, or having a simple web link or other non-intrusive contact information in your signature will be allowed for advertising.
